摘要：Articolul reprezintã o sintezã a problemelor pe care studenþii le-au sesizat privind calitatea instituþionalã ºi a procesului de învãþãmânt din universitãþi. Implicarea studenþilor în activitãþile de autoevaluare ºi evaluare a relevat pe de o parte preocupãrile ºi aºteptãrile studenþilor în ansamblul lor, cât ºi viziunea realistã, sincerã ºi profundã a problemelor constatate ºi semnalate de aceºtia în rapoartele lor. Dacã acestea sunt cunoscute de factorii de decizie ai universitãþilor/ facultãþilor, existã ºansa ca multe din ele sã fie soluþionate. Dorinþa studenþilor în acest sens este de a fi parteneri în asigurarea calitãþii universitare ºi nu doar beneficiari.
其他摘要：The article summarizes the problems concerning the quality of the educational process and the institutional quality of the universities that students singled out. The involvement of students in the evaluation and self-evaluation activities revealed the expectations and concerns of the students but also their realist perspective, sincere and profound, on the problems found and included in their reports. If these problems are brought to the attention of the decision makers in the universities/faculties, there is a chance that many of them are solved. It is the students’ will to be to be partners in ensuring the academic quality and not just beneficiaries.
