摘要:This article is related to survey conducted among the executives of a Tyre company. It focuses on the influence of demographic variable and personality over the organizational role stress experienced by the employees. The results indicate that the demographic variables and the personality traits such as negative emotionality, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness do not show any significant variation in the stress level experienced by the employees. Only the extraverts show some significant difference in the stress level experienced in the organization.
