  • 标题:A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL MATURITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION AMONG THE FACULTY MEMBERS AT BAHONAR UNIVERSITY OF KERMAN AND UNIVERSITY OF ISFAHAN

  • 摘要:The purpose of study was to determine the relationship between organizational maturity and organizational innovation among faculty members at Kerman University of Shahid Bahonar and University of Isfahan in 2012 .The method used in this research is descriptive- correlative. The statistical population of this study is all of faculty members of the University of Isfahan and Kerman University of Shahid Bahonar of which 291 persons were selected as sample by randomly-selected sampling. In order to collect data, a questionnaire including 50 items was used. The questionnaire used to collect information on organizational maturity was created by Hashemi (2008) and questionnaire of Organizational innovation was created by Zarei (2001). For data analysis, descriptive statistics were used. Results showed that the level of organizational maturity and organizational innovation among faculty members of Kerman University of Shahid Bahonar and University of Isfahan are not significantly different. The results also showed that components of organizational maturity (independence, activity level, multiple behaviors, equal situtation, passion and breadth of vision) and cultural dimention of organizational innovation, and between being active, multiple behaviors, interests and breadth of vision, With the organizational structural dimenstion and the level of innovation activity, multiple behaviors, equal or superior status, level of interest and the breadth of vision of the human resources, organizational innovation, have a significant relationship.
