Nowadays, the application software and the variety of the Database Management Systems (DBMS) are in increasing expansion, and the replications between different database systems due to different infrastructures are more than needed. Since, the replication of data between different DBMS is not always possible. We propose in this paper, a new design to solve the replication problem between heterogeneous DBMS systems using XML technology.
