摘要：Alphanumeric passwords are the most commonly used way of authenticating users in computer systems. One of the disadvantages of alphanumeric passwords is that they are hard to remember. In this paper, the strengths of graphical passwords as an alternative to text-based passwords are discussed. Color combination as a memorable feature of graphical password is proposed. By proposing the use of color in graphical passwords, we seek to enhance graphical passwords. Further, a colored graphical password scheme is suggested which is inexpensive compared to biometrics and addresses some of the challenges of text-based passwords.
