摘要：Digital acquisition of radiological picture is the beginning of radiological information system (RIS) and teleradiology. Applied technical solutions should be adequate to radiological equipment in order to fullfill all the necessary requirements regarding the picture resolution and format. The application software Medical – X and frame grabber card proved to be a good choice, which has enabled the prospect development of the RIS. The daily application of RIS at the Institute for Radiology, Military Medical Academy Belgrade has produced many medical and financial advantadges
