  • 摘要:Dreams, a deeply psychological phenomenon and expression of unconscious, have always atracted poets, philosophers, psychologists and psychiatrists. Ancient peoples attributed mystical meanings to dreams, considering them praises from gods or supernatural forces. People sought the source of knowledge in dreams and used them to predict the future. Dreams guided their daily activities. Scientific interpretation of dreams, as well as the beginning of the deep psychology started in 1900, with the Froydian psychoanalysis, i.e. the analysis of individual unconscious, which has been considered the origin of dreams. Major contributors are Carl Gustav Jung with the discovery of collective unconscious (1917) and Leopold Szondy with the familiar unconscious (1937). In 2000, Ivan Nastovi. analyzed dreams in the context of all three layers of unconscious: individual, collective and familiar, in the context of the analysis of the ego, and the life of an individual. Every dream, as well as every person, demands an individual approach, because one dream can be determined by all three layers of the unconscious, but it can also be defined by only one layer. In deep psychology dreams are very important, because it is very often necessary to take an unconscious anamnesis. Conscious contents are not sufficient. By analyzing dreams as parts of unconscious, we can perceive the whole, because unconscious has compensatory relationship to consciousness. According to Jung, the unconscious creates compensatory symbols which should be "comprehended by consciousness", i.e. assimilated and integrated so that a dream would not only remain an event, but also, with scientific interpretation become an experience. In the process of psychodiagnostic exploration of personality, as well as in therapy, we should always keep in mind the whole personality, and never only one symptom, one dream, or only dreams. Repeating dreams are especially interesting. To be able to function well, Ego, through socialization, sublimation and individualization, humanizes all contradictions of the human instinctive nature, including contents of individual, familiar and collective unconscious, which make a dynamic whole and have their source in Id - the instinctive part of personality
