摘要:Results of previous forensic psychiatric researches have proved victimogenic aspects of alcohol intoxication to be as important as its criminogenic element. In the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry, Institute of Psychiatry Novi Sad, we researched into forensic psychiatric testimonies and derived two groups of offenders, on the basis of their tempore criminis reaction to alcohol consumption - atypical and typical. Special consideration was given to the crime place and the role of the victim in genesis of the crime committed under alcohol. Our results show that victims were mostly men, and offenders who were in atypical intoxication state often did not know their victims prior to the crime. Roughly half of the victims were assaulted in public places and in more than one third of all cases both the offender and the victim were intoxicated. In contrast to atypical intoxication, in the cases of typical intoxication previous conflict had a significant role, as well as the conflict at the time of the commission of offence
