摘要：Spinal cord compression is classified as an urgent oncological condition, which emphasises the importance of its timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Spinal cord compression is the initial manifestation of malignancy in roughly 10% of oncological patients. We present a case of a 60 year old female patient with paraplegia as a leading symptom, MRI findings of large paravertebral tumour formation in the thoracic spine segment, penetrating into the spinal canal.
