摘要：The paper presents indications for the administration of intravenous heparin in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular infarction. An algorithm for the application of heparin in these indications is proposed. In addition, the application of low-molecular-weight heparin and heparinoid is discussed from the standpoint of their advantages and disadvantages as compared to nonfractioned heparin. Current indications for the administration of oral anticoagulants in the secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular infarction are also presented
