摘要：Records of 31 persons who committed rape, attempted rape or committed rape and murder and were referred to the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry of the Institute of Psychiatry for forensic psychiatric evaluation were analysed. Results obtained through psychological and psychiatric exploration were compared with relevant literature data. There was a high percentage of unmarried persons (65%) and psychopaths (60%) in the study sample. Alcohol intoxication at the time of crime was frequent (87%). The place of crime was the offender's or victim's home in nearly half of all cases (48%).
