摘要：Psychological and psychiatric exploration of 19 sexual offenders referred to forensic psychiatric evaluation showed that psychopathy was the most frequent diagnosis and 47.37% of the sexual offenders were intoxicated by alcohol at the time of crime. Seventy-five percent of the offenders were married, 63.16% of the offenses were committed at the offender's home, and almost all victims were under age. Overall, there was no significant history of offenses among the offenders and most of the offenders were accountable
