摘要：Ischemic stroke may have various causes and the study of its etiology requires a detailed and comprehensive diagnostic examination. The most effective treatment for acute ischemic stroke is thrombolysis, which has proved as safe and efficient in the clinical practice. Patients admitted to hospital within the therapy window of three hours following the onset of symptoms are more likely to survive than patients who have not been treated with fibrinolytic therapy
