摘要：Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) refers to any nonrtraumatic bleeding within the cerebral parenchyma which can spread towards the ventricles or subarachnoid space. The incidence of ICH ranges from 9 to 43 cases per 100,000 people annually. Recently new treatments for ICH have emerged, including the therapy with Novo 7 (recombinant factor VIIa). We are presenting our treatment protocol for Novo7 in patients with ICH and describing a female patient with a favourable outcome of ICH afrter treatment with Novo 7. This case justifies the application of this novel treatment and gives hope for the treatment of this serious type of stroke. However, there is still insufficient reliable data from relevant studies, and we will have to wait completion of large studies for definite conclusions about this therapy.
