摘要:One of the most common findings mentioned in the literature regarding behavior disorders is that children and adolescents with the disorder come from families which are dysfunctional on several levels. This trial involved 30 families with at least two sons, both aged 12 to 18, one of whom suffers from the disorder and the other one without it. The trial included one of the parents from these families and both of the brothers. They all filled out questionnaires for family evaluation (FACES III and a structured questionnaire). The aim was to determine the characteristics of those families which have one child with behavior disorder, with an accent on the structural characteristics of the family and the communication within it. The obtained results indicated that the main determinants of such families are: functional cohesion, low level of rigidity, average conflict rate, aver-age education level of the parents, high level of chaos, low socio-economic status, large families, bad parenting skills, bad child monitoring, drug abuse of one of the parents or other psychiatric disorder and deviant behavior among the wider family cicle
