摘要：Decision-making, how to choose the best action and procedures from the possible ones, repre-sents a complex activity of a diagnostician. The paper reviews the problem of decision-making in the med-ical clinical practice with a special emphasis on the application of methods and techniques of artificial in-telligence and multidimensional technologies. A number of leading decision support systems (DSS) in our country and abroad are described briefly. The main development areas for medical decision-making sup-port are discussed from the perspective of new information technologies
