摘要:The purpose of the research was to determine the structure of the relationship between Gray's Re-vised Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory, Zuckerman's Alternative Five-Factor Model of Personality and ri-sky behaviors. The study sample comprised a total of 200 subjects of both sexes, the average age of approxi-mately 29 years. The dimensions of the RST, the AFFM and risky behaviors were operationalized using the Reinforcement Sensitivity Questionnaire, the third revision of Zuckerman-Kuhlman Personality Questio-nnaire and the Risky Behaviors Questionnaire, respectively. The relations were studied using nonlinear ca-nonical correlation analysis (OVERALS) of factorial scores on the first principal components of the subsca-les of the applied questionnaires. Dimensions of each questionnaire comprised a separate set of variables. For the interpretation of the relationship, three OVERALS dimensions proved significant: Impulsive Sensa-tion Seeking, Resolution and Hostility, which is in line with the results of previous research corroborating the concept of three big psychobiological dimensions of personality. Our results may also be explained by the dominant personality models within the psychobiological approach, such as those developed by Eysen-ck, Tellegen and Cloninger.
