摘要：Myasthenia gravis and acute polyradiculoneuritis are leading cause of acute neuromuscular re-spiratory failure. Treatment of these respiratory weaknesses presents a challenge for physicians in inten-sive care units. Th erapy of myasthenia gravis crisis is a complex process that involves the entire schedule for properly and quickly recognizing symptoms and prompt treatment with appropriate application and vigor-ous supportive therapy in the further course of the disease makes it possible to myasthenia gravis crisis suc-cessfully overcome
