Th e goal was to evaluate lan-guage skills of predominantly left -handed patient aft er right hemisphere stroke. Patient was tested by Bos-ton Diagnostic Aphasia Examination (BDAE). His fi rst stroke P. J. experienced with consequent ischemic lesion parasagittal right, aff ecting gyrus frontalis superior and gyrus precentralis, and parietal right corti-co-subcortically. Aft er completing neurological treatment, assessment of speech and language status con-fi rmed the existence of sensorimotor aphasia. Speech and language treatment gave considerable results. 15 months later patient experienced another stroke with consequent left – sided hemiparesis.
