摘要:Neuropsychologic tests are an important factor in the algorithmic diagnosis and monitoring of all signifi cant dementia in clinical practice. Th ere are a number of general neuropsychological tests that we use, where their sensitivity is diff erent and the time frames in which they are performed. Some are like the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE, .Mini Mental" test) now traditional and fi rmly grounded in the daily routine, while others like Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA, .Th e Montre-al cognitive assessment") and later, .seek" their way in clinical practice. In the fi eld of vascular demen-tia the importance of individual cognitive tests in diagnosis and monitoring was shown. From the above the following question imposes: whether for these purposes in the future to use the traditional MMSE or MoCA sensitive test, with less comprehensive tests (clock drawing test and MiniCOG
