摘要：Linked Open Dataand its consumingservicesare increasing in theareasof electric government, bio-science researchesand smart community projects.Therefore lightweightontologiesused forthose areasare alsobecomingimportant.This paper proposesa web-based ontology editorthat is an ontology buildingserviceespeciallyforthelightweight ontologies.Itis designed notonlyfor ontology experts, butalsoforusers and/or developers ofconsumerservices, that is, non-expertsof the ontology.Thuswe focused on easeof use, no installation, cooperative work environment, andalsoprovidedsample applications tokeeptheusers'motivation.Furthermore, itoffersa functionthatextract pairs of <property, value>belongingto acertaininstanceofa class.First, we introduce the design andtheimplementationof our ontology editor,and then present theextractionmechanism of <property, value> pairs and confirmsitsaccuracyinexperimental evaluations
