摘要：Location-based Services are one of the fastest growing areas of computing. There is an increasing demand to accurately and quickly determine t he position of a mobile at low cost. Location-based applications are becoming popular and available and provide the user with a information based on their location. This paper describes about different techniques proposed for locating users. An Algorithm is then derived for deciding the best method based on user requirements.
