  • 摘要:In t his research, Medical Labs using a old glucose meters Strip b ased (sensors Op tical / Electro chemical) old method way of testing the concentration of glucose in the blood (glycemia). Particularly important in the care o f diabetes mellitus, a b lood gluco se test is performed by p iercing the skin (typ ically, on the finger) to draw blood, then app lyin g the b lood to a chemically active disposable 'test-strip '. New method applying for without pricking glucose test (with help of saliva) chemical reaction & strip can detect few secon ds amo unt o f glucose. An enzyme in the patch then turns the g lucose into electronic signals. Readings drawn from those signals can be relayed wirelessly to a range of handheld devices. The analog front end includes up to four channels of trans impedance amplifiers with a gain stage, a precision ADC, and a very accurate voltage reference. Multiple precision DACs are also requ ired to p roperly b ias the sensor. Other design requirements include LCD drive, Real time Clock (RTC), very low power consumptio n and user interface. Consistent perfo rmance across temperature (0-50C) is also essential to ensure accurate diagnosis of unsafe blood glucose levels. Through interviews with the stakeholders, we found out the demand s of the client and determined the market positionin g. Using a programmable system-on-chip (PSo C) in this design reduces design complexity by o ffering configurab le integration o f the co mplete signal chain for analog signal processing, resulting in significant sp ace and cost savings. A single PSoC can accomplish all the control fu nctions need ed in this design, performing different tasks at di fferent times depending on the operation taking place. A Patient Vital Signs Monitor using Touch sensing PSoC has the advantage o f emulating most of the required periphera ls inside one chip. A single PSoC includes Flash and SRAM memo ry, an MCU, ADCs, PWM, filters, USB control and capacitive sensin g. LCD d rive i s in tegrated in the PSoC. Onl y the pressure transducer and the LCD display a re external to PSoC. Clearly, there is an immediate componen t count reduction, with most peripheral components integrated into the SOC.
