摘要:This paper aims to understand both the internal and external conditions of Qingdao Impulse Fitness Club, through the questionnaire survey, field visit, individual interviews and other methods, and to carry out research into the Club basing on SWOT analysis perspective. Then reveal the superiority and inferiority in macroenvironment and microenvironment of Qingdao Impulse Fitness Club by means of building Matrix, and formulate appropriate marketing programs for the Club.
