摘要：An effective numerical approach is developed for orthogonal waveform design for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar. The Doppler shift tolerance is considered in the design cost function. The design results indicate that the Doppler tolerance of the designed orthogonal waveforms is markedly improved.
