摘要:The objective of this study is to analyze the managers’ preferences concerning the employee that has intrapreneurship characteristics, as well as to identify incentives and innovation barriers that were present in the surveyed organizations. For this purpose, a qualitative research approach was used, based on a semi-structured interview questionnaire. The data were submitted to a content analysis in which the results showed that the organizations’ notion of the need of favoring the development of intrapreneurship initiatives is still incipient in the companies that were surveyed, either by risk aversion by the part of its executives or by the founders’ conservatism
