摘要：Sudoku is an extremely popular number puzzle whose popularity has been translated into significant economic activity as well as earning a spot in the existing popular culture. The model presented in this paper uses modern spreadsheet optimization methods to solve the puzzle. This contemporary optimization approach demonstrates an interesting and powerful application of spreadsheet add in software. Given the popularity of Sudoku puzzles, it may be of significant value in teaching and learning operations research and management science.
