摘要:The seven selected winter wheat varieties with different bread-making quality (Barroko (A), Biscay (C), Cubus (A), Florett (C), Ilias (A-E), Meritto (B) a Rheia (B)) and cultivated in the two different tillage systems (conventional vs. minimal tillage) and two intensity levels of plant nutrition in the two localities (Prague-Ruzyně and Chrášťany u Rakovníka) were evaluated with regard to starch and bioethanol production. The obtained results unambiguously confirmed the significant dependency of starch and bioethanol production on locality, variety and crop management. The lower inputs of N-fertilizers and the lower level of plant protection in both tillage systems conduced to higher starch content in grain and higher bioethanol extraction on the weight unit of grain as well. Nevertheless, the total bioethanol production on the cropping area was essentially influenced by a yield effectiveness of each wheat variety. The more intensive level of fertilization and plant protection increased yield of bioethanol about 5–6 % on the unit of area. On the other hand, we didn’t confirm the significant differences in starch and biothanol production depending on soil tillage. The highest starch and bioethanol production were mainly found in the varieties with the baking quality “C” – Biscay and Florett and also in the wheat variety Cubus with the high baking quality “A”.
