摘要：V současné době je popsáno téměř 200 druhů rezistentních rostlin. V tomto příspěvku jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější aspekty vedoucí ke vzniku rezistentní populace, mechanismy rezistence a možnosti regulace rezistentních populací plevelů. Hospodářsky nejvýznamnějším trávovitým polním plevelem, u něhož byla potvrzena rezistence vůči ALS inhibitorům a PS II inhibitorům je v ČR chundelka metlice. Mechanismus rezistence vůči ALS inhibitorům se u jednotlivých testovaných populací lišil, byly popsány biotypy s metabolickou rezistencí, rezistencí v místě účinku, či biotypy kombinující oba mechanismy. Z posledních výzkumů a monitoringu v ČR vyplývá, že problém je velmi rozšířen a lze předpokládat, že budou objevovány nové druhy či bude popsána rezistence vůči dalším účinným látkám. Je nutné si uvědomit, že rezistence vůči herbicidům je dynamickým procesem, kterému nelze zcela zabránit, ale do určité míry mu lze předcházet
其他摘要：Over the last decades, the appearance of herbicide resistance in plants has not been supposed to involve and therefore was not taken seriously. Later on, more cases of resistant populations were reported. Since then, numbers of cases have continued to rise and by this year more than 200 weed resistant species had been confirmed. In this contribution, the most important factors increasing the probability of selection for herbicide resistance, mechanisms of resistance and the measures of controlling resistant plants are introduced. As an example of the economically important weed of winter cereal crops being resistant to ALS and PSII inhibiting herbicides, Apera spica-venti has been introduced in the Czech Republic. In this species, multiple herbicide resistance mechanisms occurred, plants possessed enhanced metabolism, target site resistance and there were found those combining both mechanisms. Over last 6 years, monitoring of build up of resistance in Apera spica-venti showed that the resistance problem is large-scale and it is supposed, that new species and/or resistance to other active ingredients will form soon. It must be taken into account, that herbicide resistance is a highly dynamic process, which cannot be avoided, but to some extent can be prevented
