摘要：It is analysed the approaches to the rise of the level of man health using physical exercises. In an experiment took part two groups of students: healthy (basic group) and with rejections in a state of health (group of medical physical culture). The developed complex of exercises was plugged in the program of limbering-up in employments on physical education of students. Methodical recommendations are presented on maintenance of psychoemotional equilibrium and concentration on feelings.
