摘要：Information of the questionnaire questioning in which took part 30 trenirov to on taekvon-to was used in researches. The percent of speed-power preparation is exposed in a general volume especially physical preparation. The most in-use facilities and methods are set, the most in-use temporal intervals, in-use trainers, are certain, at development of speed-power indexes of sportsmen of different age and qualification.
