摘要：The notion of legislative simplification cannot be easily defined. Formally, the simplification represents the way of guaranteeing that the juridical norms are understood by all citizens, namely the law intelligibility should occur. The legislation simplification refers, in this perspective, to satisfying the clarity principle of the law and of the constitutional objective of knowing the law. Indeed, the equality in front of the law enounced by the Constitution (art.16 paragraph (1)) could be not effective if the citizens do not know well enough the applicable norms or the adequate means for providing the assuming of these norms
