摘要：strongly as a separate part of national, regional and global security. The European Union, as a great energy consumer, continues to have a really vulnerable position of the global market. The European energetic policy has been permanently adapted to the new geopolitical, geo-economic and geostrategic realities in order to provide energy at accessible prices, for purposes of energetic efficiency and environmental protection. At the same time, the interests of member states in the energetic field as well as the delay in applying European strategies and action plans undermine the process of providing sustainable, competitive and safe energy
