  • 摘要:Quant um-dot Cellular Auto mat a (QCA) is a new technolog y for development of logi c ci rcuit s ba sed o n na notechnology, and it is an one o f the a lternative fo r desi gning hi gh performance co mputing over ex isting CMOS techno logy. The ba sic l ogic in QCA does no t use vo ltage level for logi c rep resentat ion rather it rep resent b inary state b y p olari zatio n o f el ectro ns o n the Quantum Cell which is basic building bl ock of QCA. Extensive wo rk is going on QCA fo r ci rcuit design due to lo w p ower co nsumptio n a nd regularit y in the circuit.. Cl ocki ng is used in QCA circuit t o synchronize and co ntro l the info rmat ion flow and t o provide the po wer to run t he circui t. Reversible lo gic design is a well-known p aradigm in digit al co mputatio n, and if circuit developed i s reversible then it consumes very low po wer . Here, in this pa per we are presenti ng a Reversible Uni versal Gate (RUG) based on Quant um-dot Cellular Auto mat a (QCA). The RUG i mplemented by QCA Designer to ol a nd al so its behavio r is simul ated by it
