摘要：Service disco very dilemma creates new confront in adhoc networks. Due to the highly energetic nature of these networks and their bandwidth, energy these networks pose new challenges during service discovery. Traditional resolutions used in the Internet are hence not well suited for adhoc networks. In wireless adhoc networks, the system chattels are limited: the terminals are constrained in energy, bandwidth, storage, and giving out capabilities. As a result of the decentralized and possibly large scale network configuration, service discovery becomes a well-known design issue for wireless adhoc networks. In this paper we present service discovery, architectures, service discovery mechanisms, modes and service state maintenance techniques. We finally conclude for future research in this area with summary and directions
