  • 摘要:In recent years, Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been a popular topic of debate in the field of management. It has been praised as a successful predictor of job performance. Many organizations are recognizing the importance of EI at their workplace as well as in job performance. Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand ones emotions and inspire, influence and understand other people's emotions. At workplace the individuals have to deal with social teams, friends, high profile people, leaders, a boss and more. The best way to be effective in taking quick and effective decisions is to use emotions. EI is the set of abilities that helps to get along in life with other people in all kinds of situations. Emotional intelligence was found to be positively associated with work experience.
