摘要：This article seeks to contribute to the methodological review of literary history on the basis of the achievements of the Grupo Galabra project, which are characterised by an approach that can be placed within the parameters of literary sociology and an increasingly more autonomous literary system: the Galician system. In particular, two tools of empirical enquiry will be examined: databases and network analysis. The latter represents one of the main advances made during recent decades in the field of sociology; its characteristics and relationship with literary studies will be noted. The debates within the Francophone scholarly community will also be assessed with reference to given methods of data usage, formulated concepts or the potential to employ these in tandem with Bourdieu's theory
