摘要：We.begin.by.sketching.a.short.history.of.the.settlement.of.the.Monastery.of.the.Regular. Canons. of. the. Monastery. of. Santa. Cruz. in. the. city. of. Coimbra. and. the. action.they.carried.out,. both.by.providing.spiritual.support.to.the.community.and.by.assisting.the. deprived. population. through. the. creation. of. an. hospital. which. sought. to. help. not.only. the. sick,. but.also.those. lacking.comfort. and.protection.. We. look. into. this.action. in.context.by. characterizing.the.national.situation. led. by.the.Church. and. fostered.by.royal.protection. which. we. illustrate. through. a. few. examples.. We. give. notice. of. the. small.collection.of. books.which.belonged.to. the. pharmacy.referred. to.before.(all.pertaining. to.medical. topics. and. dealing. with. the. correct. manipulation. of. drugs). which. have.surprisingly. survived. to. this. day,. especially. when. one. considers. the. vicissitudes. they.have.been.exposed.to.in.the.course.of.several.centuries.of.neglect..We.will.present.some.information. on. this. collection. and. provide. an. overview. of. the. most. renowned. authors.ant.the.most.rare.editions
