摘要：The. Australian. government. funded. a. variety. of. Information. and. Comm unications. Technology.(ICT). programs. throughout. regional. Australia. through. its.Networking. the. Nation. (NTN). program..The.Comm unity.Technology.Centre.@.New.South.Wales.(CTC@NSW).was.one.such.program..It.was.jointly.funded.by.the.NTN.program.and. the.NSW.State.Gov ernment.and.55.new.CTCs. were.created.between.1.June.2000.and.30.June.2004..Although.the.business.planning.process.was.an.integral.part.of.what.communities.had.to.do.when.they. applied. for. a.
