摘要:Each and every conventional university has its own method of teaching and evaluation. These activities are by and large teacher centered. Open and distance educational universities, on the other hand, have these systems which are students centred. Each one of these approaches has some advantages and disadvantages. Mewar University has adopted a unique approach of teaching and evaluation which is partially teacher centeredand partially student centered. This paper has described these features and has elaborated its advantages. It is believed that such an approach will produce true human engineers/scientists/professionals/entrepreneurs
