其他摘要:In the sight of the institutional economic, “The People’s Republic of China Labor Contract Law” is an important social and political legal system, its role and impact is not only regulating to behavior and labor relations about business, but also has a great incentive to social progress and economic development. Through behavior constraints and guidance to the individual, “Labor Contract Law” will help to optimizing on the allocation of resources, promoting building the humanistic community and law community, guiding enterprises to establish a social and civic awareness, accelerating technological upgrading, so as to realize the community to sustainable development. In the current situation, we must further unify thinking, fully aware of the important role of “Labor Contract Law” in our society, eliminate all kinds of interference, enforces en- forcement to the “Labor Contract Law”.
