  • 摘要:本文研究了粘度在氧化铁纳米流体管外降膜吸收氨气过程中对传热传质的影响。结果表明:纳米流体的组分直接影响着纳米流体的粘度,而粘度又直接影响着氧化铁氨水纳米流体降膜吸收过程中传热传质的性能。只添加表明活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)会使流体粘度增加,从而导致吸收过程传热传质效率的降低;而添加适当的SDBS和纳米氧化铁能获得较低粘度,从而强化传热传质效率。实验表明氧化铁和SDBS质量分数分别为0.2%和1.5%的时候,制得的纳米流体具有最低的粘度和最高的传热传质性能。
  • 其他摘要:The effect of viscosity on the heat and mass transfer of NH3/H2O falling film absorption with Fe2O3 nanofluid is studied. The results show that, the viscosity, influenced by the ingredient of nanofluid, directly influence the performance of absorption. The heat and mass transfer of absorption, is weakened by high viscosity nanofluid of only adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), while, enhanced by lower viscosity nanofluid with appropriate ingredients. The nanofluid with lowest viscosity, prepared by adding 0.2% Fe203 and 1.5% SDBS, achieves the optimal performance in mass and heat transfer.
