摘要：O presente trabalho apresenta uma an¨¢lise das percep..es dos moradores em rela..o ¨¤ requalifica..o do patrim.nio industrial ferrovi¨¢rio de Ouro Preto: o Trem da Vale. Para a recupera..o deste patrim.nio, foram inseridos novos equipamentos: culturais e de lazer destinados ¨¤ comunidade e aos turistas. Buscou-se entender as pr¨¢ticas adotadas de valoriza..o, sua apropria..o e aceita..o pelos moradores deste munic¨ªpio, dentro dos limites f¨ªsicos e conceituais de um patrim.nio hist¨®rico. Como procedimentos metodol¨®gicos para esta investiga..o foi tabulado e analisado um question¨¢rio aplicado entre a comunidade e levantamento de informa..es, atrav¨¦s de entrevistas com pessoas chave. Obtiveram-se dados que sugerem que a comunidade apoiou a recupera..o desse patrim.nio devido ¨¤ sua tradi..o, associada como lugar de mem¨®ria. Do mesmo modo, que a interpreta..o do patrim.nio agregou valor ao s¨ªtio tur¨ªstico e colaborou para as atividades do lazer do morador.
其他摘要：This work presents an analysis of the perceptions of the inhabitants regarding the requalification of the rail industrial heritage in Ouro Preto: The Trem da Vale. In this recovering, new cultural equipment and material for leisure have been inserted in the railroad area to be destined to the community and visitors. The aim of this work is the understanding of the practices adopted for the valorization of this patrimony, the appropriation and acceptance by the inhabitants, all within the conceptual and physical limits of a historical heritage. The methodological procedure adopted in this investigation was made up of questionnaires which were first completed by the community and later tabled and analyzed. Additional information has also been gathered through interviews with key people. The obtained data suggested that the community has supported the recuperation of this heritage due to its tradition, associated as a place of memory. In the same way, the data showed that the interpretation of the patrimony has added value to the touristic sites and has contributed to the leisure activities of the community
