摘要：Unethical information technology(IT)conduct is estimated to cost billions of dollars indeficits for enterprises. Included in this unethical behavior are issues associated with the knowledge age. Many ITethics concernsdo nothave guidelinesthat are well recognizedor broadlyaccepted.This study will explore the ethical perception of a diverse group of knowledge workers. It will also examine the effects of deterrents, individual factorsand external variablestodetermine if there are noted differences in ethical perceptions that can be explained by these variables.
