摘要:Knowledge Sharing is very important to achieve productive teamwork, and virtual teams become more and more comm on in organizations. Although the research of knowledge sharing has been discussed a lot and therelationship between conflictsand performanceare exploredin previous studies, there has been little research on the impactsof conflicts on intentions to share knowledge. We construct a theoretical model to examine the relationshipsbetween theattitude toward knowledge sharing andconflicts, and to finally investigate the intentions of knowledgesharingin a virtual team. A survey was conducted to collect data toshowthatthe team conflicts decrease when the attitude toward knowledgesharing increases
