Current study is aimed at analyzing the relationship between organization's structure and employees' empowerment of Eastern Azerbaijan. For this reason, organizational structure has been defined based on Robins' theory in three dimensions of formality, complexity, and centralization, and empowerment is according to Spreitzer theory in five dimensions of competency, autonomy's sense, the sense of trust, the sense of meaningfulness, and the sense of effectiveness and in this regard one main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses have been arranged. Research population is employees of Eastern Azerbaijan's governorship in which they are 375 people. According to Morgan's table, 190 people have been selected as the sample size. In this research, data collection instrument is questionnaire, which provided statistical sample after assessing its validity and reliability. After gathering questionnaires, by means of descriptive statistics methods, obtained information was summarized and classified and Pearson test was used for testing research hypotheses. Results indicate that a significant relationship exists between organizational structure and its dimensions with employee empowerment of Eastern Azerbaijan's governorship.
