What is intended in this study is to ascertain the relationship between the management of diversities in the organizations and job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of the management of diversities on job satisfaction. It is further intended herein to compare the perception level of the organizational management of diversities and job satisfaction as per different organizations. Towards the aforesaid aim, a research was conducted on a total of 223 employees from two enterprises, operating Turkey-wide in automotive and electricity sectors. Throughout the research, the dimensions including wage, promotion, management, bonuses, premiums and prizes, working conditions, colleagues, nature of the work were dealt with in terms of job satisfaction, while the dimensions of adoption/exclusion, appreciation of diversities, positive/negative assessments, and understanding were dealt with in terms of the management of diversities. As a result of the study, having ascertained that there is a positive relationship between the management of diversities and job satisfaction, it has also been seen that not the management of diversities, but job satisfaction do vary as per the organizations.
