摘要：The paper defines the development of information systems according the model of maturity. Following the same model, the state of the development of information systems in large hotel companies in Croatia is researched. The criterion for the analysis of the level of the development of the information system is defined, the preconditions of classifying an IS in a certain level of information system are determined, and the compatibility of the development of each of the components of an information system of a hotel company within the group of hotel companies at the same level of development is analyzed. The collected data are processed using exploratory cluster analysis, after which the research results are interpreted following the initial theoretical assumptions.
