摘要：The contents of this article cannot be categorised as classic academic writing, therefore it is questionable whether they belong in this issue of Acta Turistica Nova. The Editorial Board was also undecided in its opinion as to whether this article should be included in a journal of a scholarly character. Nonetheless, I considered it to be sufficiently up to date to deserve publication in the journal of an institute of higher education, since it deals with topics from higher education in Croatia, including the area of educating people for the needs of Croatian tourism. So the opinion of the editorin- chief decided the matter, which was only to be expected (although he has not always acted this way, particularly as the editor of another academic journal).
