摘要：Issues related to intellectual capital are becoming an increasingly important topic of discussion among economists throughout the world, but also among experts in other fields. Tourism, hospitality and catering industries are no exception. Croatian experts and businesspersons in general are not particularly interested in this topic, including those in tourism. Therefore, this article is intended to be both informative and educational and will, in our opinion, clearly show why this topic will soon become one of the most important ones for the Croatian economy in general.
